Accessible Yoga is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the benefits of Yoga with anyone who currently does not have access to these teachings, and with communities that have been excluded or under-served. All people, regardless of ability or background, deserve equal access to the ancient teachings of Yoga, which offer individual empowerment and spiritual awakening. By building a strong network and advocating for a diverse Yoga culture that is inclusive and welcoming, we are sharing Yoga with all.
We offer Accessible Yoga Conferences so our community to come together in person to learn, share, connect and grow. Upcoming Conferences in Santa Barbara, California, from September 16-18, 2016; and New York City from May 19-21, 2017.
We also offer Accessible Yoga Teacher Training for teachers who are looking for graduate level training in sharing Yoga with every body.
In the coming weeks we’ll be launching Accessible Yoga Network – an online directory and registry for teachers and organizations that focus on bringing Yoga to under-served communities. For more information visit our website: www.accessibleyoga.org
