Stephanie is passionate about helping you rediscover the innate peace and find ways to better handle stress with a greater level of calmness through yoga poses and philosophy. As a journalist, she has a natural interest in you. She knows that you are unique and have the ability to awaken the power within you.
As a mother of a young son, she also realizes the importance of reconnecting with your inner child.
Stephanie believes yoga is accessible to all people regardless of age, body type, physical condition, cultural or economic background. She graduated from her 200-hour training at Integral Yoga Institute in Manhattan and has been trained to teach children at Kidding Around Yoga.
