“Lead us from the unreal to the real.” Never has it been more important than now, in a world full of “fake news!”
But actually “fake news” is the main product of the mind, and the basic situation is not new. Looking at the teachings of Jnana Yoga from contemporary authors, we will explore some of the ways to separate Truth from fiction, both on the external and the internal.
Swami Divyananda Ma, RYT 500, has had a wealth of experience teaching Integral Yoga around the world since 1973. Her favorite subjects include: Raja Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Asanas, and Yoga philosophy.
As a monastic disciple of Sri Swami Satchidanandaji, her service to the Integral Yoga Institutes included ten years as the director of the Integral Yoga Institute in Coimbatore, India. This immersion in the South Indian culture has given a special depth to her understanding and practice of Yoga.
