Yoga for Arthritis and Chronic Pain Yoga wants us to feel good and it’s available to all. Specifically certified instructors adapt yoga to the challenges of living with pain by guiding students to tune into their bodies; interrupting the pattern of identifying with its limitations. Pose variations provided throughout. Gentle, effective, seated and standing exercises increase strength, improve balance and range of movement.
