In-Person Community Restorative
A nurturing and gentle practice, using pillows and props, beneficial to students with special health needs, to those in caretaking positions, and to anyone seeking a calming and renewing adaptation of classic Yoga poses.
Level I/II Online
Level I/II (advanced beginner) A moderately paced class appropriate for those looking for more challenge that introduces some poses and energetic practices from Level II. Â

Let go of whatever weight you’re carrying in this blissful 45-minute experience. Gently stretch the body and unwind. Enjoy calming breathing practices, a nourishing meditation, and an expansive period of relaxation.
Multilevel Online
This class is offered with variations to help you find the pose that is the most comfortable for you.
Kirtan
Join us every Friday. Bring your heart and your voice. Devoted spiritual seekers often chant mantras for hours at a time. The longer one chants, the longer the divine vibrations cultivate within the body, mind, and soul.
Level II Online
Level II (intermediate) class allows for a deeper experience of yoga by encouraging the students to develop their awareness of the sensations of the body, the movement of the breath, and the flow of their energy (prana). The goal is to discover good alignment from the inside out by connecting with the inner intelligence within the body. Â Â
Hatha Mixed Level Class
Saturdays with Swami Ramananda, C-IAYT, ERYT-500. Hatha poses are taught with options for beginners to advanced practitioners. The class is appropriate for anyone from beginner to established yogis. Class includes deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. Taught by  Swami Ramananda
