Integral Yoga Inspired Yin/Yang
Yin Yoga A slow, deep floor practice of quiet focus. Breathing into longer held poses benefits and gives attention to the fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints that quietly store tension and emotions. Release physically and emotionally to gain awareness of the subtleties within. Leave feeling more open and relaxed with improved flexibility.
Level II Online
Level II (intermediate) class allows for a deeper experience of yoga by encouraging the students to develop their awareness of the sensations of the body, the movement of the breath, and the flow of their energy (prana). The goal is to discover good alignment from the inside out by connecting with the inner intelligence within the body.
In-Person Level I
Start your Sunday with IYI’s signature slower-paced class. Appropriate for new beginners. Weather-permitting, we’ll salute the sun from the rooftop.
Gentle Yoga Online

A class for all students, including beginners, those with special conditions, limitations, or injuries. Adaptations available for each participant. We invite everyone to move, flow and feel comfortable in their own bodies. Chairs are available for use.
