Hatha Mixed Level Class
Fridays with Mia Velez. Hatha poses are taught with options for beginners to advanced practitioners. The class is appropriate for anyone from beginner to established yogis. Class includes deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation.
Level I Online
Level I (Beginner) A slower-paced class based on the 12 foundational practices of Integral Yoga. The teacher offers clear yet concise instructions making this class appropriate not only for beginners but for those new to yoga.
In-Person Gentle Yoga
Ease into the body in this low impact class. Spine lengthening stretches and tension releasing poses with slow, mindful transitions gently build strength and flexibility. A class for all students, including beginners, those with special conditions, limitations, or injuries. Adaptations available for each participant. We invite everyone to move, flow and feel comfortable in their own bodies. Chairs are available for use.
Multilevel Online with Sound Healing
Multilevel (all levels are welcome) This class is offered with variations to help you find the pose that is the most comfortable for you.
Integral Yoga Inspired Flow
Those familiar with the Integral Yoga Level 1 class will find themselves ideally suited to enjoy this breath focused dynamic expression of the world renowned Integral Yoga class format. Transform the body-mind into a state of balance mindfully creating and growing, tangible resilience which echoes throughout the Kosha; from the heart of the body, managing its needs, to the innermost state of needless consciousness and beyond.
Meditation/Inspiration & Guidance
Fridays with Swami Ramananda. This extended meditation session includes a brief inspirational talk, our 30-minute noon meditation with added guidance, and time afterward for questions about meditation or any aspect of spiritual life.
Multilevel Online
Multilevel (all levels are welcome) This class is offered with variations to help you find the pose that is the most comfortable for you.
In-Person Noon Meditation
The Integral Yoga meditation, designed for deeper meditation experiences, includes chanting, pranayama: yogic breathing techniques, 15 to 20 minutes of silence, and closing chants. Students experienced in meditating may join us for open meditation. Students interested but unfamiliar with our meditation practice are encouraged to attend one of our Meditation I workshops or Integral Yoga classes before joining.
