Free Integral Intro Online

• Our Free Introductory Hatha Class Welcoming first-time students new to yoga or to Integral Yoga. Take your first Integral Yoga class—an introduction to our integrative approach that has joyfully been practiced at New York IYI for more than 50 years. We are an institute that teaches yoga to live by, physically and philosophically, guiding students to find and treasure the freedom within. With practice, peace is always accessible even in the midst of a busy life or the bustling city. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and receive individual attention from teachers trained in this tradition. (90-minutes)
